This comprehensive course has been designed to meet the requirements for training the In-Home Personal Care Provider and meets the initial training requirements listed in He-P 809.17 (k).
This course set has been designed to specifically meet the requirements for training under the State Plan or Choices Waiver as they are required to have 8 hours of agency-sponsored training in basic skills which have been outlined by the state in He-P 809.17 (g) (4) and He-P 809.17 (k). A Licensed professional such as an RN or LPN must conduct a skills training seminar.
